1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Show United, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Use of the platform

Show United provides a platform connecting performing arts talent with casting professionals and companies. You may only use the platform for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Account registration

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your credentials secure.

4. Subscription & payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual property

Content you upload remains your property. By uploading content you grant Show United a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display and deliver that content as part of the service. Show United retains all rights to the platform itself.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the platform to harass, impersonate, or harm others; to distribute spam or malicious code; to scrape or harvest data; or to circumvent any security measure. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

7. Limitation of liability

Show United is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email or via the platform at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
